StevoBlog was founded by owner Steve Flores , an entrepreneur since 2005.
Steve Flores had started selling copy Cd’s on eBay in 2005 in order to pay the bills until a decent job was found. After a short while, Steve found a job through an agency working at an office in downtown Manhattan. It wasn’t that long until an email was sent to him through eBay on one of his auctions threatening to sue if the auctions weren’t closed down within the next 24 hours.
After a few months of studying the market, he decided to pursue a more legit business by selling dvds electronics. By 2007 , Steve decided it was time to leave his job and go full time at home with his eBay business. By late 2008 , after eBay was acquired by Mr. Donahoe who changed eBay’s policies and rules. On August 2008, eBay decided to block Steve’s account after more than 3 years as a successful powerseller bringing in more than $10,000 a month in eBay fees.
Steve started up his own ecommerce website and continued to sell electronics , earning his living from home despite the huge setback from eBay and their new policies. After a few months later , I decided to started to blog about my experiences with eBay and ecommerce to the world.
